Andre suing Price over TV remarks

Peter Andre is taking legal action over comments made by his estranged wife Katie Price on TV.
The comments, which questioned her husband's fidelity during their marriage, came during an interview with GMTV.
The model said she had "heard things" and did not know what the truth was. But she added: "As far as I know I think he was faithful."
Peter Andre has insisted he was "100% faithful throughout [his] marriage" and reports suggesting otherwise were "totally hurtful and false". The singer's lawyer has confirmed legal action is being taken.
Katie Price is currently promoting her new book Sapphire.
She has admittted she is worried her popularity has taken a kicking after she split up with Peter Andre.
But the model told Newsbeat it's rubbish she's the one dishing dirt on their relationship - and that Pete is the one "talking in his music".
'Set up'
"The stuff saying he'll be quiet for the kids is rubbish to me, because his whole album is talking about us and how he's not happy.
"What I want to question is, if he was still in love with me, how would he be promoting his album if he was so unhappy, and we were meant to be happily married?"
She thinks Pete might have set her up.
"It's very peculiar, he was writing it while I was with him. If he was that unhappy - as obviously he was - was he always planning to find an excuse to split with me? I don't know, you'll have to ask him."
But she said she has never slated Pete - and has no intention of doing so.
"I was battered in the press for three months, all I've done is put my side across."
Price also revealed she suffered a miscarriage just weeks before the couple split.
