Health board app gives new fathers a helping hand

An app to help new fathers has been rolled out by NHS Highland.
It is the first health board in Scotland to make the free to download Dadpad app available.
It is designed to be used as a quick reference tool to support new dads to feel more confident about fatherhood.
The app covers topics such as holding, changing and cleaning babies as well as surviving without sleep, coping with crying and supporting your partner.
