Man injured in city street stabbing

A man was taken to hospital after a stabbing in Leicester, police have said.
Leicestershire Police and East Midlands Ambulance Service were called to Narborough Road just after 17:30 BST on Monday.
A man in his 30s suffered stab wounds, a police spokesperson said.
No arrests have been made and an investigation has been launched, the force added.
A cordon was in place around an area of the pavement opposite the Raymond Road junction.
The force appealed for anyone with information to get in touch.
