Volunteer blood bikers from Warwickshire and Solihull will make their 20,000th delivery this weekend.
The charity has been transporting NHS blood samples and medical supplies to hospitals and communities in need for10 years.
Drivers work 24 hours a day, seven days a week to provide vital support and chair Chrissie Smith said most people did not see the volunteers as they work at night.
The occasion will be marked by volunteers riding out together.
"We give our time and effort to carry out this service," Ms Smith said.
"The level of commitment and passion shines through, it's breath taking."
Ms Smith said the generous public support has allowed for the charity to carry out lifesaving work.
