Man dies and another seriously injured in crash

A man has died and another man has sustained suspected life-changing injuries in a single-vehicle collision in Devon, police have said.
Police said two male passengers were taken to hospital in Plymouth with serious injuries following the crash, which happened on the A3122 Halwell Cross near Totnes on Friday.
A man in his 30s died the following day, while a man in his 20s was believed to have sustained suspected life-changing injuries, Devon and Cornwall Police said.
The driver of the vehicle, in his 20s, had been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and causing serious injury by dangerous driving, officers added.
Police said the driver was taken to hospital with minor injuries and had been released on police bail while inquiries continued.
The crash, which involved a black Seat Leon car, took place at about 21:30 BST on Friday.
Police have appealed for any witnesses or anyone with video footage to contact them.
The road was closed while an investigation was carried out at the scene.
A police spokesperson said: "Officers from the force鈥檚 roads policing team would like to thank the public for their patience during the closure."
