A third teenager has been arrested after a 15-year-old boy was stabbed in Leicester city centre.

Police were called to Charles Street at about 22:00 BST on Saturday and found the victim with injuries that were not life-threatening or life-changing.

Two boys, aged 16 and 15, were arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm with intent and have since been released on bail.

Police said on Tuesday that a 15-year-old boy had also been arrested in connection with the incident.

He was arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm with intent and remains in custody.
