Racial abuse investigation launched in Devon
Police said two white men shouted racial abuse to two Asian men in Plymouth

Two Asian men have been targeted in racially aggravated incident in Plymouth, police say.
Devon and Cornwall Police said the incident happened just before 16:00 BST on Monday in Cornwall Street and involved two white men shouting racial abuse.
The force said the two victims remained unidentified and investigating officers wanted to track them down.
Anyone with information or who witnessed the incident has been asked to contact officers.
