The victim's mother awake to find Jolliffe at the end of her bed, holding her child in his arms, the court was told.

Upon being disturbed, he dropped the child and ran out of the house, police said.

鈥淲e do not know Jolliffe鈥檚 full intentions when he entered the victim鈥檚 home, but his actions were significantly alarming.

鈥淚 would like to personally thank the victim鈥檚 mother for her bravery in reporting this to Wiltshire Police and trusting that we would bring Jolliffe to justice.鈥

Jolliffe, of Coltsfoot Close, was also told to pay a surcharge of 拢187.
