Police have released the image of a man they say may have information in connection with a dog attack on a train passenger.

The incident happened on 6 August when a woman on a train travelling between London and Kent was bitten.

British Transport Police say the dog, which had been laying on the floor of the carriage, bit the woman on the thigh as she walked past.

The victim's skin was punctured by the bite, which happened on a service between Bromley South and Chatham just after 18:00 BST.

She also suffered bleeding and bruising, police said.

Anyone who recognises the man in the image are asked to contact British Transport Police on 0800 405040 or text 61016.
