Third teenager dies after car crash near Exeter

A third teenager has died after a road crash near Exeter, police say.
Ruby Campbell, 15, was a passenger when the car she was travelling in was involved in a single-vehicle crash at about 01:20 BST on Thursday 8 August on an unnamed road near Exeter Racecourse.
She sustained serious injuries and was taken to hospital in Bristol where she died on Sunday, Devon and Cornwall Police said.
Two other teenage passengers were also injured - a 16-year-old boy and a 16-year-old girl, who were both taken to hospital.
The boy has since been discharged.
Ch Insp Si Jenkinson, of the force's serious collisions investigation team, said: "Our thoughts remain with the families and friends of all those involved in this truly tragic incident.
"We know this incident has saddened and shocked the local community, especially as it involved such young people.
"I wish to reassure the public that specialist officers are continuing to investigate the circumstances that led to the collision."
Anyone who witnessed the incident, or has any information or dashcam footage that could help with inquiries, has been urged to contact the force.
