Air rifle or sling shot used to smash van windows

The windows of a van were shot at and smashed by someone using a slingshot or air rifle, police have said.
The Ford Transit Tipper van was targeted as it was parked on Avenue Close in Harrogate on Friday night.
North Yorkshire Police said it was believed a weapon had been used to cause the damage.
Officers appealed for anyone with information about what happened, or who had doorbell footage from around the time of the incident, to get in touch.
