An eleventh man has been jailed for violent disorder that led to the death of a man outside a nightclub.

Fidel Glasgow, grandson of Neville Staple from The Specials, was fatally stabbed on Croft Road in Coventry in September 2018.

Idris Rahman, 26, of Morey Street, Coventry, was convicted of violent disorder earlier this year.

He was handed a sentence of two years and two months at Coventry Crown Court on Monday.

Another 10 men, including award-winning rapper Pa Salieu, have previously received prison sentences for their roles in the disorder prior to Mr Glasgow's death.

Nobody has so far been convicted of the 21-year-old's murder, West Midlands Police said.

The force said it was still appealing for anyone with information to come forward.
