Views sought on beach public protection order

People are being asked for their views on plans to extend a public space protection order (PSPO) to include three beaches.
North Devon Council (NDC) has launched a consultation for residents and businesses in Ilfracombe to give their views on the plans.
On its website, NDC said the current PSPO had resulted in street drinkers moving to beaches.
The consultation will close at 12:00 BST on 8 July.
The council said the new PSPO would cover Wildersmouth beach, Harbour beach and Cheyne beach.
The PSPO aimed to prevent street drinking, drug use, public urination and aggressive begging, the council said.
