The Principality Premiership side have until 21 May to settle the undisclosed debt to Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs (HMRC).

With the case against Neath Rugby club Ltd marked as final, any further application for an adjournment is unlikely.

Neath are joint top of the Premiership with Aberavon.

The town's football club, Neath FC, which also plays its games at the Gnoll, are due in court on 14 May to face a winding up order brought by Barclays Bank.
