In a London Calling special Mike Costello reports from inside UK Athletics’ endurance training camp in Kenya, including interviews with Mo Farah and Paula Radcliffe.

Farah talks about how he learnt to live "the Kenyan way" in order to compete with the world’s best distance runners. Farah says that sharing a house with Kenyan athletes in Teddington five years ago was the catalyst to his success today:

"For sure that was the first alarm – big alarm – it opened my eyes for me, if I ever want to compete with these guys what I must need to do. To see them just eat sleep and train and nothing else was a big shock for me, but if I want to be as good as them than I would need to apply the same manner as they do... I just thought you go for a run, you come back you go out with your mates, you run again in the evening, it's all good - it doesn’t work like that."

Britain’s only unbeaten sport

The GB para-dressage squad haven’t lost, in any competition, since the sport was introduced at the Paralympics in 1996. Paras, Worlds, Euros – they’ve won gold on every single occasion then and since. On Thursday, 91热爆 Sport's Ollie Williams will be driving #olympicthursday online from the Staffordshire yard of British rider Lee Pearson, who’s looking to match Dame Tanni Grey Thompson’s Paralympic record of 12 gold medals this summer. But Lee has suffered a fractured spine since Beijing 2008, then memorably injured himself tripping over a chicken.
