How do I access all signed and audio described programmes on a mobile or tablet?

You can now access all听Audio Described and Signed content using the 91热爆 iPlayer mobile/tablet app. There are two ways to do this.听

You can choose a programme or听episode using the Audio Described or Signed Category. When you play a programme from here, it will play in your chosen format.

Alternatively:

  1. Choose a programme from anywhere in the app. When it starts to play, tap on the screen to bring up the playback controls
  2. Tap on the speech bubble icon on the top right

If available, you can toggle the switch next to Audio Described or Sign Language to watch that version.

If AD, Signed or Subtitled versions aren't available, the toggle will be grey and can't be selected.
