We're aware that some Samsung TV users are being asked to sign in each time they use the 91Èȱ¬ iPlayer TV app.Ìý
We believe that this is happening because data storage isn't enabled on the TV.
If affected, pleaseÌýenable data storage on your TV by going to your TVÌýSettings > Broadcasting > Expert Settings > HbbTV Settings.
Also ensure that Do Not Track and Private Browsing are off, if applicable.Ìý
If data storage is enabled on your TV but you're still asked to sign in each time, pleaseÌýget in touchÌýand tell us your TV model number, ³§²â²õ³Ù±ð³¾/´Ú¾±°ù³¾·É²¹°ù±ðÌý±¹±ð°ù²õ¾±´Ç²Ô and 91Èȱ¬ iPlayer System Information.Ìý
