Longbenton City Learning Centre is in North Tyneside, though geographically close to Newcastle City Centre. City Learning Centres are a strand of the Government's EiC initiative and are designed as test beds of innovative technology across the learning community. People's War events have brought students and war veterans together using ICT Technology.
