Follow your journey as a 91热爆 Freelancer

Updated: 9 November 2024

We understand that if you're working at the 91热爆, you're probably working in a very fast paced environment. Because of this, it can be hard to keep track of what happens when, and what you should do before, during and after your 91热爆 Engagement. Below you'll find your start to finish process as a Freelancer working on a 91热爆 Production.

Before my engagement begins

1) You are booked

  • Your Booker submits your booking on our internal system, which triggers your contract (which is sent to you via email). Your contract will include all the important information regarding your engagement, such as your booker, payment details, and any additional information that your booker has determined relevant to you.

2) Access Freelance Payment Portal (FPP)

  • If this is your first 91热爆 engagement, you will need to enrol on to the . The information on how to do this can be found in the "Get Paid" section of your contract. If you have an existing FPP account but have not used it in a while, contact us to have your account unlocked.

3) Confirm Details

  • Once you have accessed the Freelance Payment Portal, check and update any relevant details (including your Bank Details), in the My Details section of the FPP.

4) Accept Booking

  • We advise that you accept your booking on the within one working day of receiving your booking confirmation email.

5) Confirm your Tax Code (PAYE Only)

  • If you are a PAYE Freelancer, it is important that you are aware of the Tax Code that you have been put on before you are paid, as this will affect the amount of Tax deducted. There are two ways that you can confirm your Tax Code. Please ensure that one of the below is completed before the monthly cut off of your first payment to give Payroll enough time to process your correct Tax Code.

    - Send a copy of your most recent P45 to Payroll via Email.

    - Complete a New Starter Checklist and send to Payroll via Email.

On my first day

6) Complete ETW

  • It is important that you complete your Eligibility to Work check with a member of 91热爆 Staff on your first day at work, as not having an ETW completed will affect the ability to receive payment.

7) Complete Mandatory Training

  • Access myDevelopment, the 91热爆's training system, and complete any mandatory training that you are required to complete, based on your Job Role.

During my engagement

8) Claim Payment

  • Claim your Payment in the Claim Booking section of the . Your payment will not be claimable until the Payment Date. The payment date is set by your booker when they upload your booking details to our system, and you are able to see this in the Claim Booking section of the FPP.

  • If you are , your payment is automatically claimed on the payment date (providing you have accepted the booking and have a valid ETW on file).

  • If you are Gross paid, you will need to manually claim your payment on the FPP. You will be able to do this on or after the Payment Date.

After my engagement has finished

9) Payment

  • If you are PAYE, you are paid on the 15th of each month (for all payments claimed up to and including the 3rd of the month). On this date, you'll also be able to access a .

  • If you are Gross paid, you are paid 3-5 working days after claiming payment on the FPP. A couple of days before payment lands, you'll be sent a remittance via email.
