Saut茅ed broccoli with sesame

Ingredients
- broccoli: 1 head broccoli, separated into florets
- butter: 25g/1oz butter
- sesame seeds: 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- lemon: 陆 lemon
Method
Blanch the broccoli in a pan of boiling salted water for two minutes. Drain.
Melt the butter in a pan until foaming, then add the blanched broccoli and sesame seeds. Cook for 2-3 minutes, then squeeze in the lemon juice. Cook for a further two minutes, or until the broccoli is tender.
Spoon into a dish and serve.
