1 tbsp chopped chives or parsley
a small lemon, juice only
2 spring onions, chopped

100g/3陆oz cream crackers or similar savoury biscuits (or breadcrumbs if you have them)
1 tbsp grated cheddar
200g/7oz cooked fish- use either smoked mackerel or a tin of tuna or salmon
