Series 16: 26. The Finals: Fish Course

Engineer and TV presenter Zoe Laughlin joins our judging panel of food critic Matthew Fort, restaurateur Oliver Peyton and food creative Rachel Khoo as they choose the banquet’s fish course. Each chef will produce a dish inspired by an innovator or inventor from their local region, with some spectacular results.

With their first day nerves behind them, the chefs are able to produce some world-class cooking, with the judges praising some of the dishes as the finest seafood they’ve ever eaten. Picking a winner is tough – but only one of the chefs will earn the right to cook their fish course at the banquet.
