The three central region chefs - newcomer Pip Lacey, fourth-time competitor Richard Bainbridge and returning chef Jason Hodnett - fight it out in the fish course. Pip is hoping to outclass her rivals with a smoked haddock dish inspired by her grandma, while Jason is taking a big risk with his monkfish liver and onions in his bid to avoid being sent home first, as he was in 2014.
