Zakila is the (self-confessed) best cook of the team and renowned for her homemade samosas. Her ex-husband is Moroccan which has influenced her cooking style. She loves making tagines and her pressure cooker is an essential kitchen item.
Sumiyah is studying for her A-levels and loves to experiment with new food; desserts are her specialty. She is a perfectionist, so always in charge of presentation when cooking with her aunties. Sumiyah is a keen photographer and constantly takes photos of her food.
Rizwani had only cooked traditional Pakistani meals for 21 years before moving to the UK. She is used to organic, fresh food and has no taste for 鈥渏unk food鈥. She draws inspiration from sister-in-law, Zakila鈥檚, experimentalism and westernised cooking, and loves being in the kitchen with her.
