Suzie was a contestant on the 91热爆 series Best 91热爆 Cook. She has since contributed to many other programmes, including Food Fest Northern Ireland, and has gone on to present her own TV show on 91热爆 Northern Ireland, Suzie Lee - 91热爆 Cook Hero.

Her first book is Simply Chinese: Recipes from a Chinese 91热爆 Kitchen, where Suzie shows you how to create authentic-tasting pan-Asian dishes using supermarket ingredients.
