About This Event

Canellakis made an exciting debut with the 91热爆SO at the 2017 91热爆 Proms, and we鈥檙e delighted to welcome her back to conduct Beethoven 鈥� music with which she has made her name both in Europe and the US.

The concert also features the UK premiere of Alle Tage, a song symphony for baritone by Thomas Larcher 鈥� the utterly original Austrian composer The Times recently described as 鈥溾€ne of this century鈥檚 wonders鈥�, whose music combines shimmering lyricism with motoric rhythmic thrust.
