The newly formed National Youth Orchestra of the United States of America makes its Proms debut under the baton of Valery Gergiev in Sean Shepherd鈥檚 Magiya and Shostakovich鈥檚 Tenth Symphony. Violinist Joshua Bell is the soloist in Tchaikovsky鈥檚 Violin Concerto.

The UK debut of the newly formed National Youth Orchestra of the United States of America opens with the European premiere of a work by American rising star Sean Shepherd.
