I used to work at Trevarno Estate, and can vouch for its beauty. It's definitely a place you should visit!

I grew up in St. Austell and I am sorry to say I never heard of Trevarno in Helston but shall make a point of visiting it on my next trip ... Cornwall is full of historic, mysterious and exotic gardens, a delight for the serious gardener and anyone who loves beautiful and peaceful scenes.

My two best friends live in Bodmin and they took us to visit Lanhydrock and gardens. My partner is an avid gardener and she was thrilled with it all. Lanhydrock is one place which no visitor should pass up.

Have visited Cornwall a few times all the way from Missouri, US. I have never felt so welcome and so grounded in such a lovely place as I do here. I have tried to reproduce some garden ideas in my own part of the world. I hope to return very soon for some pastys and game pie, but I do draw the line on marmite.

I have been going to this part of Cornwall for 15 years. In-fact I have bought an apartment in Polruan-by-Fowey.
The lost Gardens of Heligan are a sight to behold. I feel that the Eden Project cannot compete with such historical beauty.
I applaud Tim Smit though for his work on both projects.
