Almost three years ago I welcomed readers to this space with these words: "What the world really needs is another blog. With only 175,000 created every day, there is clearly a gap in the market."

Well, perhaps what the world needs now is one less blog and one new...er...page. No, I don't quite know the difference either but the long and the short of it is that all my stuff - telly, wireless, articles and soon my tweets - will be in one new place with a different address.
