BNP: The Fraud Exposed - Join in the Debate

Post categories: ,Ìý,Ìý,Ìý,Ìý,Ìý

Nick Griffin's British National Party is facing allegations of corruption as Panorama uncovers new evidence of a fake invoice and documents being falsified.

The programme also has evidence of the BNP's failure to declare major donations to the party.

As Darragh MacIntyre reports, the BNP which is better known for its controversial views on race is in debt and according to its own published accounts appears to be technically insolvent.

MacIntyre looked as seedy as Griffin. Big fail for the 91Èȱ¬ Panorama as all they done was drag out people with an axe to grind, ie Collete, Bennett and the guy who ran the call center.

Oh dear. That was an embarrassment to watch. A programme made out of malice rather than informative objectivity.
We all know that the BNP are despicable but they are there because people vote for them and people vote for them because they have issues in their lives that they feel the BNP can address.
In my view the 91Èȱ¬ has resorted to little more than vigilantism in an attempt to crash the BNP with this episode of panorama. The burning question remains, why is the BNP out there? Who votes for them and why?
The BNP may crash and burn but unless its agenda burns with it, it will rise up again and again. Take them down by all means but do it systemically. Please don't just find a small chink in their armour, dress it and pretend it's newsworthy. That limp episode was about little more than creative accounting, probably blown out of all proportion just because it happens to be associated with the BNP.
Let’s get to the bottom of the big WHY? Surrounding the September riots or the [too frequent to be newsworthy unless someone dies] gun crime in our cities....the sort of stuff Panorama can do really well. I really enjoy Panorama and just feel disappointed this evening.

good old bbc pedalling this petty malicious garbage.when i think of the huge amounts of taxpayers money fraudently taken by m.p.s,especially the bbc's friends the champagne socialists, what an insult this programme was.as for the clip of the hatchet job done by question time on nick griffin, which he came out of with credit, when will the bnp be given a fair hearing?perhaps this is what the bbc can't handle.if the truth be known, there are more and more people fed up with the state of this country and desparately want something concrete done about the endless flow of foreign immigrants, especially eastern europeans, who are turning this country into a cheap labour state.

To be honest this was a very weak programme indeed, in places it bordered on laughable. Any ex-BNP member worth their salt can tell stories of griffin and his dubious financial shinanagins, which would be far more insightful and shocking than those supposedly revealed by the programme. Clearly in the 91Èȱ¬'s haste to produce any content with which to do down the BNP. They've grabbed at any and all straws which were within reach. The part about the BNP industrial unit nicking electric from the EU party unit next door via an extension cable through the window was totally ludicrous. How can anyone consider that a shocking financial fraud. Pathetic!
Incredibly the 91Èȱ¬ actually made griffin look like the victim of a lefty witch hunt not the fraudster and conman he is. And as for the witnesses for the prosecution could you possibly have found anymore idiotic choices than the likes of Simon Bennet widely viewed as a paranoid loony toon, Jim Dowson an even bigger con-man than griffin and the daftest of them all that idiotic buffon Mark Collett.
How could anyone possibly take anything these people say as serious.
Well done 91Èȱ¬ at times I despair of you. If this is what passes for probing political revelation nowadays heaven help you and us.
Grow up! 91Èȱ¬ and if the BNP and griffin's financial dealings / fraud are news at least take the trouble to produce real evidence to back-up the claims.
a PATHETIC programme - shame on you!

Oh dear, the 91Èȱ¬ seems to have shot itself in the foot.

This was such a weak program, no real evidence about anything, just unsubstanciated allogations by disguntled former staff who were probably plants in the first place.

Whatever anyone thinks of the BNP, no one can get away from the fact that they are so often right in what they say.

PS: Sorry about the spelling, I am an uneducated thug, and my spell checker wont work.

What a load of crap...why dont Macintyer take a look at the Conservaites and the labour parties..fiddling in Europe...The bankers loseing billions and we have to pay for their misakes..yet they get paid millions in bonuses...If this is what i have to pay my TV license for, then its a waste of my money, when they are not addressing the real things that matter in this Country.....shame on the 91Èȱ¬

Cringeworthy television, a total embarrassment, I'm ashamed to call myself British. I am of course referring to the cheap, petty minded and vindictive 91Èȱ¬. This programme did nothing to demonstrate professional journalism, stop wasting my money on such drivel.
