As we begin to feel more of an economic pinch, perhaps people will begin to look at the huge sums labour has invested in the public services and ask whether the changes we have seen really do represent real value for money. If the answer is no, then this will question labour's ability to deliver real change.

I am loving Portillo's snot-nose attitude to Boris Johnson.

I think Armadillo is great but he obviously has a pecadillo in his bonnet about Boris. May be he regrets leaving on the road to Amarillo and would like to have been mayor of London which would have been brillo !! He should stop being sillo and come back as a politillo. Despite the taunting by the media about what policies Cameron has on offer, my advice would be to say nothing. Brown's past record is to steal all of the good policies (anybody remember inheritance?) to Labours advantage in trying to steal the next election. Clearly Labour is clueless and finished, it is just a question of time!

I have just watched GordonBrown on the Andrew Marr sunday show.He was errible he just kept repeating the mantra that he was there for hard working fa,ilies.Forgetting of coures that for many hard working families the wife works part time and his increase in tax for many with the cancellation of the 10p tax raet would have meant that they would have paid more tax to his government.
His worst lie was to say that he sorted out the high inflation left by the conservatives.The inflation level at the time in 1997 is half of what it is now and of course he change inflation calculations from RPI to CPI about 7 years ago to cover up the fact that he had allowed inflation to rise during his time as Chancellor.
The man cannot be trusted to tell the truth and when he said he was ready to take his campaigb to the conservatives well let him.Let him call an elction now and see whether the country would back him.I doubt it he will just limp on until June 2010.

I hope all the pensioners who voted Tory will return their Free Bus Passes given to them by a Labour Government, since they obviously prefer a Tory Party that did not help them with their Transport costs, nor heating expenses, telling them instead to wear a Wooley Jumper in Winter
