50 Cent - Funeral Music (Cam'ron Diss)
By now you've heard the 50 Cent interview on Angie Martinez' Hot 97 show where Camron calls in and the pair have an argument. Well, 50 was gentlemanly at first but smelling a chance to get some press, this was inevitable from the marketing genius...

My thoughts:
1) Nice and innovative for 50 to do a video and track rather than just a diss track. Means it's going to go further than just a track (i.e. all over blogs!)
2) Going at *just* Cam'ron rather than the whole Dipset is quite clever - will the rest of Dipset rally behind Cam?
3) If it DOES escalate, G-Unit vs Dipset could get stupid. Lets hope they keep it to just music
What do you think? Do we really care? Was this kind of beef over in 2004?

when its all said and done 50 has the bigger buzz by far no matter how much game made him look like a punk. since horse and carriage killa aint dont nothing worth really payin attention to, thats why he begs it off of juelz. killas basic market plan is to attack the biggest stars in hip hop im mean how could camron really think he could spar lyrically with jay-z r u mad son. he justs begs media attention to sell more records. i think camron has check mated himself i mean all camron goes on about is how much money he's got. if he trys those type of bars on 50, 50'll make him look like a boy. n dont think im a 50 lover but its the truth u must admit lyrically camron is pretty weak even next to 50's hip-pop. cant wait for the killa reply still

whist the beef in rap is fun is a bit negative the way guns and killin come into it. The artists htemselves won't neccesarily gop at it physically but the people on the streets who claim they rep for their sets.I know bro's who are goin out lookin to kick off with any mans reppin the dips. i love 1xtra, but why are the djs so biased for curtisssssss? you know the streets want DIPSET, and clearly CAM'RON bodied curtiissss with one line. furthermore, CAM's video was very thoro, shout to 140th!! curtiisssss is pop, he should be played on radio 1, let 1xtra blaze the streets.
