Tim - the litter hero !
A Cheltenham man who spends his time picking up rubbish thrown out of people's cars is appearing on a 91Èȱ¬ Inside Out programme tonight at 19.30.
It's ahead of a government-backed 'litter summit' being held on Thursday - in which the major food and drink companies could be told to do more to stop their packaging getting strewn across the countryside.

When in Florida and Colorado in recent years, I saw not one speck of litter on the streets. We need a few more litter bins as well as a complete change in our culture to the point where dropping any kind of litter is totally unacceptable. All items of wrapping material should either be instantly binned or taken home for later disposal in the Council's weekly refuse pick-up.
