Cheltenham in gloom
Have a look at this display and tell me what you think of it.
This floral treat is Gloucestershire's offering at the Royal Horticultural Society show at Tatton Park in Cheshire.
It appears however that out of 17 entries ours was the only one NOT to pick up an award in this category! 6 councils won gold...6 collected silver...4 snaffled a bronze...and bringing up the rear Cheltenham with a big, fat nothing.
Is this a horticultural horror story or have we been humiliated?
