Early morning blog....

A very good morning to you... Firstly MASSIVE apologies for the blog being seriously late.

Tuesday was a pretty hectic day and it wasn't until I was on my way to pilates that I realised that I'd completely forgotten to do a blog entry. So, I thought I better do one as soon as I got in.

So it's just gone 5:30am and I'm in the office on my own. I quite like this time of day. It's just me on my own trying to wake up and think about what we've got coming up in the show.

The next thing I have to do is call Chris to make sure he's up. It's a strange ritual we have each morning. I call him. After a few attempts we have a strange conversation where he will whisper so that he doesn't wake up Sophie and I'll whisper back, even though I'm sat in an empty office. Anyway, I've just called him and he's awake!

Dave has just arrived in the office. He's got computer issues so has moved desks...that's interesting isn't it.

This weekend is an important one for me. It's my final few days of training before I hit the streets of London to run a half marathon. Every so often I lose the plot and decide that I need to get fit & healthy. Most normal people would join a gym or just cut out the chips. I seem to feel the need to run 13 miles. This will be the 3rd half marathon that I've done. (I did run the London marathon you know a while ago) The training has gone ok. I did a 9 mile run on Monday and the legs are fine. However, I have said to my friends that if I do start to talk about ever doing another run to tell me to shut up.

Anyway on that note I must crack on with the show. Have a nice day y'all.

Rachel x
