Long time no speak, hope all's well with you? Once again I've been left with the end of week blog shift which is never anybody's favourite cos we all want to bugger off for the weekend, but before I go, why don't we have a little one way chat so I can tell you what I've been up to on the cutting edge of showbusiness.

This week's been quite quiet for me on the whole, as I've been staying in watching football and 'I'm a Celebrity' which has been thoroughly enjoyable. Regrettably though I missed Dean Gaffney's trials thing last night as I was out for my brother in law's birthday. Happy Birthday Mike. Think I've got the Gaffney episode on my generic hard disc digital satellite recording system at home though, so I'll have to have a nosey over the weekend.

In other exciting news I've had my bathroom floor re-tiled this week as we had a leak that was going into downstairs lounge. It's basically because the laminate flooring in there wasn't designed for bathrooms, as it tends to warp when it mixes for any length of time with water, and sure enough as advertised it did indeed warp and crack, and this is how the water was flooding downstairs. Anyway it's all done now, so fingers crossed no more water leaks and no more angry neighbours. Hi to Anthony and Rachel from Flat 1!

Today I'm driving to Prestatyn, as the Chappers and World Tour lands on the coast of North Wales for the BCM winter reunion at Pontins. It's a truly mega gig with some of the biggest names in dance music appearing, plus us, so we're looking forward to blowing the flippin' roof off. If you live in Prestatyn or the surrounding area, why not pop along for a boogie? I believe that at the time of writing there are still a significant number of tickets available.

Will tell you all about it next week when we get back to London.

So until next time, have a nice weekend and rave safe

Kind Thoughts
Dave.

I feel like an empty room, but eh. Nothing seems worth doing. I haven't gotten much done today.

Hi Dave, loving the show at the mo, although Chris has been a bit moody over the last few days :( Thanks for keeping me updated about the bathroom leak situation! Our shower leaks too sometimes and our dirty shower water gets into the deli downstairs haha! - hope they cant hear me singing aswell!
Classic show the other day, the day after Gaffney's trial! Crying with laughter whilst driving is not recommended and highly dangerous!
Can you give me Carrie's number?

Love you

Ben

Time to move to Radio 2, guys. You're yardsticking the Beatles in your slagging off of the chart #1, such a R2 thing to do.

You're the only R1 show I listen to, so do us all a favour and get Ken Bruce's show. You'd get a lie-in and we'd get some decent jokes.

Hi Dave,

Had to say that you have surprised me with how you look.

I saw you on tv being interviewed before the marathon and I couldn't believe that was you!

All in a good way I must add!!!!

The Chappers and Dave World Tour sounds like an event not to be missed!

On a totally unrelated point, please tell me Aled is not on the show next week and Rachel is back? Is it just me that finds him extremely annoying?
