A MUST MUST SEE.

Chris Evans | 15:12 UK time, Thursday, 15 November 2007

Here's what I'm saying...

...YOU MUST SEE THE COUNTERFEITERS. Bloody hell, I mean bloody hell.

Whatever your worries, watch it and don't worry anymore.

That's it, anything else I write will only take away from this.

CLP 2007.

Mr E do you know some German then? ..... trying to keep up with the subtitles and watching the action - even though I can multi task - is too much like work for a recreational pursuit! Still if the film's that good!

Happy hump day all. I'm off out for cocktails with some work peeps tonight - my first adventure in the big wide world since I was so unceremoniously dumped!! Wish me luck!!

    Chris,

I have never heard of the Counterfeiters. Will check it out. If there is violence, no way can I see it. That's American Gangster ruled out too!

Clodagh - yes, yes, I am a little jealous. Not in a bad way - I am fully aware there will always be the have's and the have-not's. I just think there has to be a better way of raising money for CIN. The whole "things that money can't buy" chat is ridiculous. You can only buy these things if you have money - and LOTS of it!

Anyway, good luck to Terry and CIN. I have donated money since 1980 and I won't stop now.

Bingo - can't wait for the zodiac reading - I am Sagittarius!

Glad you enjoyed it, Christoff!!!! Saw Stardust last week - first outing to cinema in months and months!!

What can I say?! I was sooooooo tempted to bid my measly little stay-at-home-Mummy savings to come down and join y'all next July .... then heard the amounts being raised each 1/2 hour!! Youser!!!

On the positive side - congrats to you lucky so-and-so's who had the spondoolacks to go! And fab amount of money to raise!!!

On the negative - I will never have the where-with-all to afford the delight of being able to donate such fantastic amounts to charity!

Roll on Dr Who the moro!!!

    ok Chris, will do!

Enjoyed listening to the auction last night, loved your pronounciation of Wymondham, bloomin' Norfolk, it's said as Wind-Ham for some reason? You should hear how we say Happisburgh!!!

Wanna hear some more about my knee saga? Well without going into too much detail (not sure who lurks on here) I have a meeting next week to find out why I'm not being all that well looked after from the company that employs me having been injured whilst working for them. More grief yesterday - hmph!

I'm best man at a wedding tomorrow - can't wait. Really looking forward to a great day/evening. Will pop a pic or 2 on my facebook on Monday (for those that way inclined/remotely interested!!??)

Have an ace weekend y'all, Bonnet de douche

Have a great time Gingembre, I love a wedding especially a winter one. I was going to say what are you wearing but what I should ask is what is the lovely Mrs W wearing? Are the kids going? Is your little boy going to wear one of those really cute mini daddy outfits? Can't wait to see the pics.

I love the fact outsiders don't know how to pronounce Norfolk place names - it means we can all laugh at them! I'm Norfolk born and bred and proud of it, I honestly can't imagine living anywhere else. I can't understand why places in Norfolk don't always win these best places to live in the UK awards, especially the village I live in! There's very little crime, an "outstanding" primary school, a lovely park for the kids to play in, good roads and buses into the city......need I say more? Can anyone guess where i live???

EmM - MrsW has an olive dress from Monsoon - other dress shops available - I believe it's called Yasmin???
The 2 babies aren't coming, tough call but we decided they'd get bored/cause a racket etc so they're spending the day getting thoroughly spoiled with their uncle.
Eldest daughter has a dress that makes her look far too old.

I reckon you live nr Diss, possibly Pulham/Tivetshall? More clues please....

Tivetshall. Fantastic pub on the main road to Norwich called The Ram. Food used to be spectacular!

Suffolk place names oft get mis-pronounced too, and yep - it's v.funny!

Happisburgh: I had my first "holiday romance" with a lad from there. We were staying at the W@rners camp site on the cliff.

    I love East Anglia!
