Cascada - 'What Do You Want From Me?
To the untrained ear - mine - the first 30 seconds of this song sound just like Evanescence. Which made me wonder whether there's a crossover between goths and ravers? Are goths the dark yin to the light(stick) raver yang? If so, it must be fun watching the two tribes facing off in nightclub situation.
You can picture the song starting, moody acoustic guitar and wailing vocals, and faces raise slightly to the air in expectation. The black-clad horde on one side are fully expecting breezeblock guitars to crash in, possibly with some bloke shouting over the top, and prepare for The Mosh to begin. But no, here come the Vengaboys instead.
And best of all, goths being what goths are, they'll probably enjoy the faint air of disappointment which descends and forces them to resume their seats, awaiting something more suitable and less chipper.

Im really annoyed that cascada didnt get in the top 40 with that song! Estelle is a rubbish singer compared to cascada! Why has nobody bought cascada's song? You cant be her fan if u dont buy all her songs! I bought it.
