- Say hello: Look at yourself in a mirror
- Touch: Leaves, cuddly animal toys, warm soil. Water spray for rain
- Smell: Jungle smell (sensory bag with damp leaves and twigs)
- Taste: Fruit platter (include bananas, oranges, grapes, kiwi, pineapples etc.)
- See: Coloured feathers
- Sound: Jungle sounds or bird songs

Deep in the jungle is filled with sounds. You can hear chirping and rustling as you stand on the damp, dark, ground.

The birds in the trees are a beautiful sight. They are an explosion of colour as they flap and take flight.

The slithery jungle snake
It sneakily slithers through the leaves and the sticks in search of a tasty snack. Be careful on your jungle travels my friend, for a snake might ATTACK!

- Spring snake toys in a can (open the can and have them jump out)
- Toy balancing snakes
- Snake cuddle toys or sock puppets
In the jungle you can find an elephant
The jungle elephant is large, gentle, and proud. But their feet are heavy, and their trunks are loud.
Let's get active
- Drums for mimicking footsteps (experiment with heavy and soft tapping to create a feeling of distance)
- Bugle, trumpets etc. To create the sound of an elephant trumpeting
- Stomp to the beat of songs
- Ear defenders for those that are averse to loud noises.
Look up in the trees to see the monkeys swinging about
Monkeys swing through the trees with their hands, tails and feet. They snack of tropical fruits which is a very tasty treat.

The jungle is home to thousands of creatures. There have different skins and furs, number of legs and features.

- Feel bags for different animal coats. Can you guess the animal?

Here comes the rain
The clouds grow darker, it looks like the rain has come. Get out your wet gear and have some fun!

- Umbrellas, hold an umbrella over your head and have someone pour the rain over the umbrella.
