We use different metric units, such as centimetres, metres and litres to measures things like how big an area is, how long an object is, or how much a container can hold.
Length is measured in millimetres (mm), centimetres (cm), metres (m) or kilometres (km).
Weight is measured in grams (g) and kilograms (kg).
Volume is measured in millilitres (ml) and litres (l).
Volume is a term we use to measure how much stuff is in something - what its capacity is.
In this video CAL wants to know, firstly, if he has enough soil to plant his seeds, and then he has to work out the instructions in metric length measurements.
It's time to find how much you've learnt!
