Lost in a book
The kids are on a beach playing together. Suddenly they notice that Sophie is missing! Where could she be?
They start calling for her, and then they hear her laughing. They follow the sound and find Sophie sitting under a palm tree with a book in her hand.
Sophie is reading and laughing her head off! She must have brought her book with her and decided that she would like some peace and quiet to herself.
She really should have told the others though, they were worried about her.
Funny books
Sophie鈥檚 book must be very funny because she is laughing a lot. The words in it and what the characters say and do are making her laugh out loud.
