DECLAN: Hey Pip, what did you get up to at the weekend?
PIP: We went to the beach. But you know what's annoying? I was making sandcastles and my brothers kept stepping on them!
DECLAN: That doesn't sound annoying, that sounds like fun!
PIP: That's because you don't have any brothers and sisters to wreck your things.

The narrator talks about families while we see animations of families eating dinner, playing football, watching TV, playing tennis and reading a book.
NARRATOR: Some kids have brothers and sisters, and some don't, but that's okay. There are lots of different types of families.
NARRATOR: This family is sitting down for dinner. This family is playing in the park. This family is watching TV. This family is playing tennis. This family is reading a book together. All of these families are different, but are special in their own way.

PIP: So Declan, what are you on at the weekend?
DECLAN: Em, I was thinking about going to the beach and making some sandcastles!
PIP: Well if you want, I can come along and wreck them for you!
DECLAN: Now that sounds like fun!
