Video: From passion to pro
Jaydan's career journey as a software engineer
Growing up, my hobby and passion was programming and I enjoyed it because of the creativity it gives you and the sense of satisfaction when you solve a problem 鈥 Jaydan, software engineer
Jaydan's love for coding and programming led to his current role as a software engineer. He's working on space technology: "All of the work I'm doing with coding and problem solving ultimately ends up in a satellite being launched in space."
Brandina's career journey as a creative artist
When I was a child I loved to colour and draw 鈥 whatever I could do with my hands, basically. I just loved to be able to create something just out of my own mind 鈥 Brandina, artist
Brandina is now a full-time creative artist, making and selling art in lots of different forms including painting, drawing, crocheting, jewellery and photography.
Rebecca's career journey as an apprentice dog groomer
My passion for dogs developed from a very, very young age. My parents say I've been obsessed with dogs ever since I first learnt what a dog was 鈥 Rebecca, apprentice dog groomer
As an apprentice dog groomer, Rebecca helps students learn how to care for their furry clients, as well as looking after canines herself. She loves seeing students develop and feels very lucky to be able to explore her passion for dogs in her job every day.
