Mandy's tips
鈥 A good bedtime routine can help most sleep problems.
鈥 Use the 鈥榞radual retreat鈥 method to help children settle back in to their own bed. Sit nearby as they go to sleep. In the coming nights, sit further away.
鈥 Offer your child comfort and reassurance if they wake with a nightmare. Discuss nightmares during the day. Also, make sure your child is getting enough sleep.
鈥 Use a lamp and a rewards system to help children stay in bed in the morning.
