All over the world, children are facing a return to school either after a regular weekend or a long summer break. The premise is the same worldwide - to learn, develop and have fun. Depending on where you go to school will have a huge difference on how you learn, be it on top of a tower block or in a make-shift outdoor classroom.

Here, we look at several schools from around the world, all individual in their own right and shaped by the country in which they're built.
