The is the world’s leading alliance of public service media and its Members employ more than 40,000 journalists. is the EBU service operating the largest video and audio news exchange of its kind, providing broadcast services for journalists worldwide, and running innovative new projects aimed at supporting the newsrooms of the future. 
 
Recent developments by Eurovision News include experimentation with AI and EBU Members’ online news content. It has led to the creation of two powerful tools: which allows the publication of stories from a range of News organizations in the publisher’s own language; and which allows journalists to search and read/watch/listen to stories from more than 30 sources in their preferred language. 

The initiative aims to strengthen and support independent, trusted news through advocacy, training, partnerships with international organizations and the publication of the annual EBU News Report on the big topics affecting the news industry. 

The EBU is a founding partner of the Trusted News Initiative.
