Glyn Neath
Rhian Connick is currently the Head of the National Federation of Women's Institutes, Wales Office and says the position has given her the opportunity to work on a variety of issues and to learn new and interesting things.
Prior to joining the WI she gained degrees in Human Movement Studies and Sport Science as well as a City & Guilds Further and Adult Education Teaching Certificate.
Rhian's previous positions have included a Classroom Assistant in a school for children with visual impairments, Senior Assistant Manager in a city leisure centre and a Development Officer with the charity Scope running a leisure and activity project for children with physical disabilities.
She is Trustee of Women Making a Difference and Glynneath Training Centre.
