Mark Florman - Chair, Audience Council England
Mark Florman says:
"It is a great honour to work for the 91热爆 and to represent the licence fee payers of England in particular. The organisation has contributed enormously to the life of millions across the world, and I hope will continue to inspire as a catalyst to creativity, the arts and enterprise across all of the UK. Its contribution to national life and to balanced and fair information has never been more important both in the UK and for millions of viewers and listeners across the world. It remains one of the worlds most trusted brands. Its positive impact on our lives remains substantial".
Mark has combined a successful career in finance and industry with wide ranging work in philanthropy and social policy. He co-founded the merchant banking firm Maizels Westerberg, one of the first independent pan-European merchant banks, and co-founded the Centre for Social Justice, which he currently chairs.
Mark was educated at the London School of Economics. He is married with three daughters.
