The 91热爆 has a dedicated team of people to look out for children and families at 91热爆 Radio 1's Big Weekend.
If your child becomes lost or separated, staff from multiple teams will work together to reunite you quickly.

General safeguarding and welfare advice
Looking after your welfare at the event is really important to us, that鈥檚 why in addition to security and medical teams, we also have welfare teams throughout the festival to support both under and over 18s.
Our welfare teams provide you with assistance and care should you need it.
Need some time out?
We have designated welfare tents and a quiet area. The welfare area is staffed by professionals who can offer support for a number of specific concerns in addition to provision for general well-being.
It鈥檚 really important to be prepared for a big event especially if this is your first time attending a festival.

General Event Info
On the day you can find lots of useful information at the Welfare tent including:
- Stage schedules
The team will also have limited supplies of sunscreen, period products, and earplugs available if you need them.
Food & Allergies
Check welfare spaces for information on food vendors and allergy details.
Lost Property
Lost property will be located next to Welfare and Medical tents.
