Proteus: Programme compliance

Compliance must be completed for all pre-recorded programmes. For live programmes you only need to take action on compliance .

If you are unsure what is required from your programme in terms of compliance, please contact the commissioning network.

How to fill in the compliance form

Access the compliance form through the link on your search results, when you search for your programme in Proteus. Alternatively via the 'Compliance' tab at the top of your programme's page in Proteus
Check the programme TX Details to ensure you comply the correct programme
Click 'Edit' to begin the compliance form
Each question has a 'YES' and 'NO' choice box next to it. The default is set to 'NO'
If you click the 'YES' option, you may need to add further information in the comments box alongside the question

Having completed the YES/NO questions, the next section contains a series of free text boxes for you to enter any relevant information.

There are three choices related to the following question:

TX recommendation if scheduled elsewhere or made available on demand.

Click 'Yes', if the programme can be repeated without restriction

Select 'No' if the programme must not be broadcast again without prior review (for most controversial programmes)
Select 'With Restrictions' if the programme can be repeated with restrictions, select this option and fill in the restrictions that apply

Once you have completed the form, click 'Save'.

Once the questions and transmission recommendation have been saved, the authorisation sections are at the bottom of the page.

Two confirmations are required, from the producer and from the 91热爆 network.

The producer confirms the programme content adheres to the
The transmitting network must confirm the programme is compliant for the transmission slot
In order to signify that sign-off approval has been actioned at the relevant level, select the 'Confirm' button as necessary
